Dear user, by accessing and using this website www.di-battista.com owned by “Marcos Di Battista,” the user and/or client hereafter referred to as “user,” must accept the purchase terms and conditions, use terms, notifications, usage policies, and all disclaimers and terms and conditions stated on this website.

Product Prices and Availability
- All prices shown on our website are in Mexican pesos and include VAT. Prices are subject to change without notice. The prices of products purchased before the change will retain the value published at the time of purchase.

- The list of products displayed on the website is subject to change without notice.
For online purchases, we accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and payment methods established by Mercado Pago.
The shipping time for orders is 1 to 2 business days. Once the product is shipped, we will inform you.
Shipping cost for “Di Battista” orders:
- It is calculated at the time of purchase based on the delivery address and chosen method.
Once the products have left Di Battista’s facilities, it is not possible to change the destination address. (NOTE: The shipping address is taken directly from the data provided in the purchase order).
For the day to be considered a processing day, payment must be credited before 14:00 hrs. on a business day; otherwise, the first business day following the purchase date will be considered as the first day.
If you notice that your package shows signs of tampering, do not accept it and contact us at +52 1 55 5298 0008 within a maximum of 3 natural days.
Purchase Receipt and Invoicing
For all purchases made through www.di-battista.com, we will issue a delivery note that will serve you to make any warranty or claim.
You can request an invoice by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
It is only possible to cancel a paid order if it has not yet been shipped and more than 2 hours have not passed since the order.
Di Battista offers the user a warranty period of up to 7 natural days from the product’s delivery. The warranty can be validated through the following procedure:
Steps to follow:
1. The user must contact us by email at email@example.com with the following information:

- – Order number
- – Order number
- – Detailed description of the product’s defect
- – Evidence of the defect through an image or video.
- – Contact phone number
Once the information is sent, we will contact the user within a period not exceeding 5 days at the telephone number provided to inform them of the necessary steps.
Once the merchandise is out, changes or returns are NOT accepted, unless they are for warranty or products other than those requested.
Di Battista reserves the right to discontinue products. On some occasions, the website may contain links to third-party websites totally unrelated to Di Battista, so we disclaim any responsibility in relation to the content, as well as the products and/or services offered through said portals. Di Battista reserves the right to make any changes to these terms and conditions without prior notice, however, it will respect the terms and conditions of the orders that have been made prior to the change.
